Howard graduated from the University of Iowa, College of Law, in 2005, where he was a writer and editor for the Journal of Corporation Law.
Before law school, Howard had a variety of jobs, from working in a birdseed factory to being a research assistant to a professor.
After graduation, Howard worked as an insurance defense attorney in Davenport. His experience behind the scenes working for insurance companies taught him valuable lessons about the other side’s playbook. In July 2006, Howard joined Michael J. Warner and Associates, concentrating focusing on helping those who have been hurt in car accidents or at work.
Because Howard understands that even small accidents or injuries can have a huge effect on a family or on a budget, he always pursues his cases aggressively and prepares each case for trial with the same vigor.
Mr. Zimmerle believes that personal injury trial work is not like a lottery, but that the goal is to put people back in the position they were in before their injury and compensate them for pain and suffering, emotional distress and other things they may have gone through.
Howard routinely represents clients in Rock Island, Henry, Whiteside, Morrison and Knox Counties in Illinois and Scott and Johnson Counties in Iowa.
